Celia confronts Thom about the distance between them. Thom offers an explanation about their ambitions, but Celia suspects a more personal reason. The contrast between his long defense and her direct challenge shapes the scene.

Pace and an argument beneath the words

Choose Thom to practice fitting a longer explanation into one cue. Choose Celia to move from an insult to a pointed question without making every word equally loud. Listen for whether your reply reacts to the other character.

Listen to the original before recording. Your selected character uses your takes; the other role keeps its original performance. Select both roles to perform the complete exchange or take turns on the same device.

These are the English lines used in the game. Each turn has its own recording cue, and you can retake a single line without restarting the scene.

   You’re a jerk, Thom.

   You have already had enough of this conversation.

   Look, Celia, we have to follow our passions. You have your robotics, and I just want to be awesome in space.

   A sincere explanation that does not quite land. Keep the pace moving.

3. 03Celia0:08–0:11

   Why don’t you just admit that you’re freaked out by my robot hand?

   Call out the real problem. Stress “robot hand.”
