Practice this voice acting scene

Sintel admits she is searching for someone. The shaman follows with two gentle possibilities. This quick take focuses on what each person wants from the conversation rather than a large character voice.

Responding to curiosity

Try Sintel’s line with guarded determination, then with relief at finally explaining herself. For the shaman, let the second question grow naturally from the first. Listen to the exchange before deciding which delivery fits.

Listen to the original before recording. Your selected character uses your takes; the other role keeps its original performance. Select both roles to perform the complete exchange or take turns on the same device.

Script and delivery notes

These are the English lines used in the game. Each turn has its own recording cue, and you can retake a single line without restarting the scene.

  1. 01Sintel0:00–0:03
    I’m searching for someone.

Let a little determination come through your tired voice.

  2. 02Shaman0:03–0:08
Someone very dear? A kindred spirit?

Offer the two possibilities with patient curiosity.
